Thanks for featuring this. I’m glad you guys like it. Moon cake is my favorite Chinese dessert. I know I cannot live without it. So don’t even leave them in near my presence because they’ll all be gone before you know it.
This picture was taken when my Chinese friend’s host family hosted a Chinese Moon Festival, I think. They do it every year and invite special foreign guests who’re visiting Des Moines, Iowa. There will be many kinds of Chinese food at their house and my friend would even cook some. I’m missing it now 🙂
