Roast beef reuben

Here’s our first Food of the World dish from the USA. It’s from Food Shark marfa, Texas, which looks like a pretty cool place to eat.

The Reuben sandwich has a long history and there are many rumours about how it came to be invented. Read some of them here.

(update) @thandelike points out that this roast beef version is a variation on the original Reuben recipe, which is made with corned beef.
