Kuummiut is a settlement on the East Coast of Greenland, and it is also the name of a blog written by Carl Skou, a Danish teacher working in Kuummiut.

According to Carl, Kuummiut is located in one of the most beautiful and isolated parts of Greenland, where fishing and hunting are a big part of life. There are even some encounters with icebergs.

To get more ideas have a look at the photos of Kuummiut residents enjoying the long summer evenings.
