Last week we asked about negotiation tactics in Azerbaijan. Here’s the answer:
B. Azerbaijan has long been a trading nation. Azeris have an instinct for a profitable deal, especially where they can achieve rapid benefits or short-term advantage. In practice, this means that they are often unlikely to take a long-term view in creating agreements with you.

Dinner Time!!!
It’s funny, we say ‘tea’ to mean dinner in my part of the UK (North-East England). It gets very confusing for people from the South.
Dinner?
I think in Sydney it would mean”would you like a cup of tea?”
It really depends where you are.
If it were an elderly lady in the south of England it might mean afternoon tea–or maybe in India—-in posh tea houses!
Thanks for the comments! The answer is in this post
