Natalia is a self-described third culture kid. Born in Asunción to her Paraguayan father and Argentinean mother, Natalia grew up travelling frequently following his diplomat father’s career. She teaches English as a foreign language.

In her blog, Nomadic Behaviour (the Adventures of a Third Culture Kid in Latin America’s Southern Cone) Nati shares her adventures living in Buenos Aires and Mendoza (Argentina) and everyday life in Asunción (Paraguay).

Her descriptions of food markets and Paraguayan history, for example, are lively and honest, warts and all. This phrase embodies her love for Paraguay “what may seem to be a socially forsaken state on the outside is in reality filled with warm and wonderful people, great food, great MEAT (yeah!), and is without a doubt a linguistically and anthropologically fascinating country”
