IfGoGo’s theme is Chinese in English. It’s written by a diverse team: Chinese people living in China, Chinese people living abroad, foreigners in China. No single stories here! Each post shows a different point of view.
With so many voices there should be something interesting here for everybody who wants to know more about China.
Start by reading Chinese perspectives on what Chinese viewers think about LOST, orientation week in a US university, memories of an “Intelligent Youth” farming experience in China’s not so distant past.

Jensen Liu started China Story weekly to share stories about Chinese culture with the rest of the world. He writes:
As a Chinese, I am particularly interested in the culture exchange between China and rest of the world, especially non-China-influenced part of world. I would like to take this blog as a place to share the essence of Chinese culture with world, and interact with people around the globe, who has an open mind and like to know about Chinese culture.
The site is still quite new but already has plenty to read about Chinese history, music and travel tips, mixed with Chinese folk stories such as the farmer who wanted to make his crops grow more quickly. Why not head over there and leave a message?

Ziboy is a Chinese photoblog by Beijing based photographer Wen Ling.
The blog shows photos of Chinese people in all kinds of everyday situations: at home, out at parties, on the street, laughing, working, talking, eating, smoking… It provides a window on life in China that many visitors do not see.

Photo: Friends, 2007.11.09 from Ziboy.com
The story of Ziboy is remarkable - inspired by New York photoblogs Wen Ling decided to set up one of his own in 2001. At the time he was not a professional photographer, in fact displaying his photos on Ziboy.com led to his first professional job.
Zeboy’s blog is more about photos than words, so for those interested in reading more about Wen Ling have a look at this 2003 interview by Sinosplice.
