Remember my post about Diana Mandache’s blog on Romania’s Royal History?

Well, I’ve discovered that her husband, Valentin Mandache is also very passionate about history, especially related to architecture.

He has an expertise in economics and history, achieved at London School of Economics. With a focus on historical traditional architecture of Romania‘s provinces.

Valentin Mandache has started a blog – Historic Houses of Romania – about historical buildings in Romania. He posts a daily photo, always accompanied by very competent analyses and opinions.

Do you want to find, buy, renovate or restorate a historical property in Romania and need professional advice? Are you an architect passionate about old buildings? Or are you simply a history lover?

Visit Historic Houses of Romania and you will surely find something interesting.
