The best hummus in the world?

Lamia16 took this photo of hummus in Syria. Thanks!

Hummus is eaten in many Middle Eastern countries. This Syrian version looks very tasty.

    Salaam, Lamia.

Yes, I’ve tried hummus—many, many times. I love it!

The best hummus I ever had was made by a friend from Beirut. I don’t know what she did to make her hummus so tasty, but it was, and was a little different from all the other hummus that I’ve had.

I make hummus myself, but it’s only so-so!

    Best wishes from Phoenix, Arizona!
